“ Lovely Mother's Day lunch with my Mum and my son who treated us. We were a little late due to traffic and a diversion as a road was closed. However, we were warmly welcomed and taken straight to a table (we were able to choose where we wanted to sit as it wasn't busy) We went on a Saturday at 1.30. We were asked if we wanted drinks first and weren't rushed as we chose our food selection. Mum isn't a big eater so chose a starter of bbq sticky wings with a side of rice and salad which they brought out at the same time as mine and my son's mains. We had a delicious selection of cold starters with lovely warmed bread. Also falafel with humus and salad plus crispy fried calamari rings. Our mains were chicken shish and a mixed shish, both served with rice and salad. All were very tasty and the portion size was good. We finished with 2 Turkish coffees and a Turkish tea. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole meal and time spent together. Lovely decor and the ambience was comfortable and enjoyable. First visit here and no doubt, not the last! ”
